Great information!  Being from Cupertino, I don't look at Almaden Valley that often, and was amazed by the values!  :)

Small world, Chris. I grew up and went to school in Cupertino. Still know the area, but it has certainly
changed over the years. For those who can't afford Cupertino, but want good schools, Almaden
is usually their next choice.
