Everything's coming up Short, now what? Got a Cheerleader on your side?Short Sale Cheerleader

Short Sales have been a reality in the Real Estate market for several years now and we don't see an immediate relief on the horizon.  Many homeowners are faced with the very unpleasant and very stressful circumstance of having a tough time making ends meet and the security of their dream home is slipping away. We can only imagine the situation that so many are facing if it hasn't hit you and your family personally.

Everybody is now getting on the bandwagon for Short Sales and everybody is an expert on Short Sales.

Lenders continue to do a lackluster job in processing the Short Sale. Sure there are instances when some Short Sales will go smoothly but for the other instances when the Short Sale isn't going smoothly you'd better make sure that you have a Short Sale Cheerleader on your side.

What can go wrong with a Short Sale?

  1. A Buyer's offer submitted to Seller's Lender is too low
  2. A Buyer isn't really approved for financing
  3. An estimated settlement statement can be missing costs and/or liens
  4. Documents can be lost by Lender
  5. Negotiator handling Short Sale file has no work ethic
  6. The Lender can counter the Buyers offer to be above fair market value
  7. A Seller contribution can be requested by Lender at an amount not possible by Seller
  8. A promissory note can be requested by Lender again, at an amount not possible by Seller
  9. The Buyer's offer can be denied
  10. Worse yet, a Foreclosure can happen during the Short Sale approval process

Don't let it happen to you, get a Short Sale Cheerleader on your side.  We're out there. Just do your homework, ask the right questions and you'll find us who are ready to help as we've done it before time and time again plus, we'll have a high closing ratio of Short Sales. Remember, you want to know that whoever is going to bat for you has listed and closed Short Sales. Make sure you ask what they've done over the last several years, don't come up Short with somebody who just recently got on the Short Sale bandwagon.

Closing Short Sales in Coral Springs and South Florida is what I do and I have a lot of customers who will gladly tell you of their experiences in that they were glad to have good representation during their Short Sale. Don't let your Short Sale experience come up Short, there's too much at stake.

Short Sale Cheerleader.  I like it.  Though, knowing you from your blog, I know you do a lot more than keep a positive attitude.

Linda, thank you...I try to get as much out to the distressed Seller as I can keeping them informed

Chris, seeing how I'm always fighting for a Short Sale Seller, I thought Cheerleader was fitting and yes, you're right as I'm a big believer in always staying positive even when things aren't always seemingly going that way.

Goran, thanks a lot. You are so right as energy and enthusiasm can go hand and hand with gaining Short Sale approval
