Is It Time to Right-Size Your Life?

At this time of year many folks start planning and make decisions on how they are going to better their life. All good things.

I'd like to suggest that people take a good look at their living situation and start to think about what they really need... bigger house? smaller house? is the house the right size but too much clutter? house is too small but could work if rooms were reconfigured to how they are actually used? house is too big but the thought of moving is overwhelming?

Peggy: Sometimes I think organizers should consult with buyer's as part of their due diligence on a home. What a great way to help buyers "see" what they are really getting in terms of features, work, etc.

Kathy... It's too bad people are often afraid to use our services when we can really provide so much.

Cathy, you are so right on. I have a realtor-client who does that with her own purchases - on her last purchase which was severly closet challenged; luckily, we were able to create closet space out of two pretty funky spaces.
