- Have a stager give a consultation (at agent's expense) on what should be removed/left during the selling process
- Supply the sellers with boxes and labels to start packing up the non-essentials
- Pay for the first month of offsite storage for the boxes that your seller fills
- Arrange for movers to pick up the boxes and take to storage
