Wouldn't it be cool to go back to your 10 year high school reunion and show your success? Well, Highland Village, Texas mayor, Scott McDearmont can easily do just that. Dr. McDearmont is the mayor and a local surgeon in the area.
He will be recognized and be inducted in the alumni Hall of Fame of Marcus High School at the Silver Circle Ceremony at 7 p.m. this evening (May 23rd) at the Marcus Marauder Stadium!
"It extremely humbling to be honored by my alma mater, Marcus High School. I came back to this community to start my practice because it is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. I want to thank the committee for this honor and I feel truly blessed to be a member of this community,” said McDearmont.
“This honor is shared with all members of the charter graduating class of 1988. We set so many traditions that still exist today. I am proud to be a graduate of Marcus and treasure the drive for excellence in LISD that exists to this day.” McDearmont. Cool! Way to go Mayor and Dr. McDearmont!
