This was a great explanation of how one can be 'refer-able'.  Love it!  My whole business is based on referrals and while I instinctively know why I get a ton of referrals from my clients, I could not have articulated why so succinctly.  Thank you Jay for sharing...btw, Barbara Todaro sent me over here :)
