I find working with first time buyers rewarding.  Today I was happy when a couple I was working with closed on the house they want to make their home.

This was a 4 bedroom raised ranch on a  street with many mature trees.   My client liked the peacefulness of the area.

The property was nicely landscaped, and I know  this summer many hours will be spent in the enclosed porch and deck.

During the home buying process I also discovered we shared a passion for gardening so I know we will be swapping plants.

Yes watching the smiles on the faces of a couple closing on their first home is just one of the many pleasures I get from my profession.

Jennifer, I agree!  Financially I don't make as much with the first time buyers but it is extremely fun and rewarding in other ways.

Marchel I have had the same experience.  I enjoy working with buyers buying for all sorts of reasons, however there is something extra special about someone shopping for a house for the first time.
