***Do You Need A Rental HouseIn Tomball Or Magnolia?***

When you need a rental property in Tomball or Magnolia, contact me and we will start the process to find the perfect house for you.  Call or email me and give me your search criteria and your email, and I will send listings for you to choose from.  I will then make appointments for your favorites, and then we will go to see the properties.  Finally, you fill out an application and I process it along the following documents:

  • Texas Drivers License
  • Two months worth of paycheck stubs (2 years tax returns if self-employed)
  • Social Security card (not all landlords recommend this, but most do)
  • A credit report if you have it (you can pull this for free once a year)
  • Money for an application fee (this can run between $35 - 110 depending on the landlord)

In order to speed up the process and ensure the best chance of getting your first choice of rental property in Tomball or Magnolia, its best if you have the documents with you when we go out for showings.  The cute rentals that are in good shape and reasonably priced go quickly, so when we find the house you want, it is really important to put in an application that day.  It is not unusual to have multiple applications on rental properties, so I want make sure that we do everything possible to get the home you want.  Once the landlord looks at the application and accepts it, then a lease is typed up and all parties sign.
