Homeowners Foreclosure on Bank of America

By

5 months ago Bank of America filed foreclosure papers on a couples home in Collier County, FL. This was alarming to the couple because they bought their home with cash and did not have a mortgage with Bank of America, nor any other bank.

The case went to court where the homeowners were able to proof their case, they did not have a mortgage with Bank of America. They proved they had never had a mortgage bill to pay, ever.

The county judge ruled in their favor obviously, and ordered Bank of America to pay the homeowners' legal fees. Unfortunately Bank of America ignored that ordered and refused to pay.

After 5 months the homeowners' attorney Todd Allen decided to foreclose on Bank of America to seize their assets. Mr. Allen, Collier County deputy sheriffs and movers arrived at the local Bank of America branch and foreclosured on it, locking the branch manager and employees out. They had an order to seize & remove desks, computers, copiers, filing cabinets and any cash in the teller's drawers.

Needless to say, the branch manager was a little shaken by all of this and within an hour, cut a check for the amount owned to the homeowners' by the judge's order.
