George -- we HAD an offer. It fell out. Buyer couldn't wait for short sale approval although we were already in the final stages of getting the letters. OUCH! This is a HAFA approved short sale.

Lisa --- stacked parking isn't that common yet. But among the new development, this seems to be a preferred way of parking: less space needed, less materials. It's the green way.

Good Morning Pacita, it is an interesting parking concept, in that location access to an automobile is not as important due to the convenience of the location. So it does 'make sense'. A very presentable property, good luck with the sale.

Dan -- in a dense area, as in downtown metropolis, parking is such a challenge. But it is also a requirement for new buildings to have so much space dedicated to parking. Stacked parking may be the green and smart solution. But it may also pose another challenge iin terms of soft story building in earthquake prone Bay area.
