Clint, 2 of the above we are trying to rent for the first time. We have 65 properties that are currently rented. There are 2 of the above 9 that are now re-rented and one under contract for sale. Only 4 of the above 9 are actually vacant at this time. Hope I answered your question. I don't do the ratio you asked about but I guess you now have the input you need to figure it all out.

Hi Al,

As you know a nearly 50% vacancy rate for the units available. Got to work on that. There are a lot of bargain hunters out there. I'm sure you will succeed soon in filling those units.

Hi Clint,

We are trying to get everything filled but some of the owners continue to ask for above market rents and are willing to let their property sit vacant for months. We will eventually get the asking rents where they need to be but in the meantime we will always have a couple that are vacant due to above market rental rates. Gave a great day.
