We have a new single family home search tool on the Property Search Tools menu at MadisonRealEstateMarket.com. This tool allows you to quickly locate homes for sale by price range in Madison and 14 other Dane County communities. Here's how you use the tool.
First, select Property Search Tools from the left menu.
Then select, "Quick Search - Homes for Sale by Community and Price Range".
The search tool then displays search links for Madison and 14 other Dane County communities. Let's say you want to search for homes on Madison's west side. Just click the link, Madison West Homes.
The tool displays a number of search links that identify the homes for sale by price range on Madison's west side. Let's say you want to view all Madison West homes for sale priced between $300,000 and $350,000. Just click the appropriate link.
The tool will then load all of the homes for sale that match your selected criteria. For example, as of this post there are 55 homes for sale on the west side of Madison priced between $300,000 and $350,000.
