STAGING SERVICES: The Consultation is a standard Fixed fee of $375.00 up to 2000 sq. ft. homes.(Exclusive Detailed Property Report) This is a complete, detailed analysis of your home's interior and exterior, including numerous photos. Recommended changes to enhance the best features of your home, techniques to minimize detractions, and tips for showing are included in this report, given to the client within 3 days after the consultation. Our goal is to make your home stand out from the competition. Consultations are prepared for: Homeowners in preparation of placing their home on the market. Realtors who, as a commitment to their client, realize that the small investment in bringing an A.S.P on their team will result in large returns. While Realtors assists the homeowner with pricing and marketing, the A.S.P. will assist with preparing the house so it appeals to the widest range of buyers. HANDS-ON-STAGING to complete the preparations for selling your home using the recommendations from the Exclusive Detailed Property Report, this personalized and professional service transfers the recommendations into action ! The homeowner's furniture and accessories are repositioned to focus on the outstanding features of the house. In the case the property is Vacant, we would suggest Staging it ,VACANT HOMES DO NOT SELL !!! And remember, Staging bids on vacant homes are free of charge .
