I will celebrate on my day 29 of my 100 day challenge. I just got the notice that a buyer that

I have in contract just got the go ahead from the seller. Our short sale has been approved...Now we

just have to get through the inspections, appraisal, and get the loan funded...

But I still celebrate phase 1 of my deal!!
