During the month of September 2007 there were 17 newly marketed properties with an average asking price of $821,452.00. The lowest asking price is $314,900.00 a town-house great for a first time buyer or retirement buyer.
Six properties were reported as under contract with an average asking price of $1,083,650.00 and they were on the market fro an average of 93 days.
Five properties were reported as Sold with an average asking price of $619,180.00 and an average actual Sold price of $593,470.00 and were on the market for an average of 132 days! This represents a List to Sold Ratio of 95.85%.
According to the information gathered the higher priced homes in the million plus category are now selling and fairly quickly.
