I spent a lot of time making sure that when people visit my website weather you are a realtor or a client; that you get the information you need and don't want to leave in .5 seconds! I would like the input of others and if you have any suggestions let them fly!

Ben,

I've taken a brief look at your website. Overall the look appealed to me, but you really should spellcheck your text, as well as have someone proof read it for you. I've stopped reading after this paragraph, as most visitors to your website would, after encountering this many errors (underlined).

If you are a Realtor than make sure that you provide your client with this "Mortgage Planning Questionairre. If you are a customer than you MUST look at this before you proceed with a loan, trust me.

I also found the sound effect when hovering over the menu buttons a bit annoying.

All easy fixes. Good luck.

Sandy

Hey It looks great.  Seems as if you are off to a great start.  There is always room for improvement.  I have built a few websites and everytime I look at them I see things that I can improve or correct.  You could give other people tips.  Keep up the good work.

Compared to most real estate professionals websites I am impressed.  As Sandy N. said the sound effects are cool, but can get old.  And what are those things that follow your mouse on the menu...bugs?  (that could probably go too).  I did find your send a text message to you  a really cool/smart feature.  Your website in my opinion is light years ahead of most I've seen.  Just keep it professional and you'll be great.
