Virtual Tours and the Slow Market

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Tallahassee Tours, Inc.

Now that the market, at least in Florida, has slowed to a crawl, one would think that the need for more marketing would increase.  However, this is not the case when it comes to virtual tours.  I have found more and more Realtors do not want to throw out more money than necessary.  Now I am not saying this is true for all the real estate community, but the majority.  Being both a Realtor and virtual tour provider, I can see both sides of this issue.  It is truly hard to come out of pocket to provide this service, but in the bigger scheme of things, this small amount of money may help you make the sale you have been looking for.  I think more Realtors are also finding this out as the market continues in it slow recovery.  I hope that other see the need and want from their clients to help market their properties with any extra form of advertising that might help them sell their listings.  I also look forward to being able to provide the panhandle, more specifically, Tallahassee with the best virtual tours around for less money than anyone else can provide.

 Yours truely,

Nicholas,  It seems that in this market the best way to increase the chances of selling a listing is more and more focused on the price !  With so few buyers having their pick of sooo many listings things like virtual tours are less effective.  I am a believer in virtual tours but am convinced that buyers look for the best deal available.

Nicholas, I agree with you...now is not the time to cut back on advertisements.  Yes, money is tight for a lot of use, but there are inexpensive ways to market.  I would like to work with someone who can do a low budget visual tour of Naples, FL that I can post to my web site...do you know anyone?

Now more than ever you need to keep your lisitings out in front for prospects to see and to keep your name synonomous with the real estate business
