Hi all! Well here goes nothing! I attended our local MLS TECH FAIR yesterday and learned all about blogging (I think?)...little nervous, but extremely excited. I don't know of anyone else in my area that blogs about Real Estate. I've been selling on the North Shore of Long Island for the past 3 years and am having my best financial year yet. I've learned so much since the market has been tough...no such thing as an easy deal anymore! Enough of that... any suggestions for the newbie? Thanks in advance!

Hi Pat, I 'm a newbie myself of just a few weeks but I really just started paying attention in the last 10 days or so and I am addicted!!! I am in your same boat, three years in the business in a tough market, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Just talking lets it out. My husband and children's eyes glaze over - my son (17) in particular just says, "uh-huh" when I talk about things that ultimately mean money coming in that will benefit him and all of us! Short sighted! It is good to have this outlet and information. SW

Pat, if people make comment to you on a blog you comment on the blog, but if it is an email, you just email back. You can do that from active rain (go to the person's profile and hit email button) or use your own email directly. I hope this helps!
