My team and I, just flew back into Fort Lauderdale from Windy, CHI-Town! What an event (Dan Kennedy’s 2007 Superconference), I actually got goose bumps and cried at the event.
NO, I didn’t cry because someone took away my Dorito’s and Mountain Dew…(I can hear you cynics already)
I would have a LARGE knuckle-sandwich for anyone who would TRY to touch my Dorito’s…I’m not kidding! Feeling Lucky - Go Ahead and TRY…Punk!
Anyway, your probably wondering, why the Boy-Wonder of Foreclosures was crying at a moneymaking conference? (I know I’d be wondering?)
2 Reasons…
1. Nido Qubein - This guy is the REAL-DEAL! Tony Robbins couldn’t hold Nido’s gym bag.
Everyone knows, I enjoy giving my subscribers, serious resources that I know will impact your life and your pocketbooks…and this is the guy!
He spoke at the event in Chicago.
In a nutshell, he came to the country(USA) from Lebanon, with $50 in his pocket. Today he is almost a billionaire, President of High Point University in N. Carolina, Chairman of both the 9th largest bank in the world and the Great Harvest Bread Company. Sits on the boards of major corporations and even is the Chairman and Board member of YMCA of America.
He just won the Horatio Alger award for 2006!(That says everything, right there). I truly hope you know what the “Horatio” award is, but just in case, I know a good portion of my readers, live in Port St Lucie and Fort Pierce(kidding), Florida.
The Horatio award is one of the top 3 honors given to a human being in the world, (Oprah, even has received the award), a lot of people say, it’s even higher than the Nobel Piece Prize!
I doubt I’ll ever get one.(Don’t Laugh, your not getting one either, Smart As$)
His presentation was so awe-inspiring, I got chills and it even brought tears to my eyes, about what a Human is capable of…when they use common sense along with entrepreneurship.
Anyone who knows me, will tell you, I hate all that New-Age smoochie, B.S.! It just isn’t my style.

2. The second reason I cried…
I am truly blessed! My life is AMAZING. I’m a very happy person. I’m RICH, both in life and financially.

“Ultimate Apprenticeship Program”, guaranteeing $5,000.00 in 45 days…Minimum.
Well if you didn’t know…the program and the 25 slots SOLD-OUT in less than 4 and half days! We had 25 openings into the program…we received over 33 applications. We couldn’t take everyone and to be brutally honest, there were certain individuals that were simply not a right fit for the program.
We also made available, by invitation only, my personal Platinum Mastermind Program; with a investment of over $12,700.00 for entrance into the Platinum group. The platinum was for the maverick’s in the industry, who already have a real estate investment businesses bringing in WELL OVER six figures a year.

My team and I were having some cocktails and brainstorming ideas, when Alicia(my assistant) came up with a very good point!
During our launch of the Ultimate Apprentice Program, which is an intensive 90 day mentoring program, giving the apprentice a complete business and marketing blueprint for success. Alicia, brought to our attention, that over 30 subscribers to our email list contacted us, and said, they’d love to be in the program, and their positive they’d be successful, but they had a problem of not being in the position to make a $3999.00 investment. I give some people credit, they got creative, sharing they’d let me keep the profit from their first 1 to 2 deals, I also told you, someone EVEN offered to clean my homes.
I can’t do that!
Here’s my challenge…It’s NOT the money!(I’m SERIOUS) My problem is, in the past every time, I’ve helped someone for FRE%, from friends, family members(the absolute worst), anyone…They never appreciate it or do anything with it. I’m no charity case, I give to many charities (I love the Humane Society, especially the one in Palm Beach) so I don’t feel guilty for not waiving the fee or investment into my program.
However, I believe I have a way to HELP everyone into a program, without them breaking the bank or missing any of their bills. I’m not overly crazy about the idea, but my team really wants to do this….
Remember, when I got started, I didn’t have the money either, I was broke! But I found a way, I put the $20,000.00 investment on my friends credit cards, and hocked my Rolex. Here’s what I’m going to do…
