Real Estate/ still best investment

I know I am probably bias on this subject because of my Career choice, but here it goes! Throughout history, property has always proven to be a great investment. These times more than ever, this is going to be the period to invest if possible. The market has not shown this kind of opportunity in some 40 yrs! Rates are record low, values are low, and just like all good things, they will come to an end! Whether it be raw land, multi family, or residence(condo or home), timing is everything as most things are in life. For investment purposes, u need to be able to “hang on” after a purchase at current mkt conditions. But, it bears to repeat, History has indicated that time will in fact create a profitable return on investment.
