With studies showing that two-thirds of adults are overweight, the Lemon Grove branch of the San Diego County Library is trying to take a bite out of the percentage. The library is holding several free health & wellness programs with subjects including yo-you dieting, obesity and weight-related stress in its "Weight Loss Forever" series.

were working on hiring our third real estate agent, when I was
