Thanks, Bob! We're through inspections, repairs and appraisal...now we just need to Close and I don't think this will be a problem either! I'm working with one of my favorite agents in my area on the other side and it's honestly, been a dream transaction too!

Michelle: Thanks so much! SO do we! I just had another that was a super smooth one and can't believe I'm blessed to have another that's going down that road too. They've all seemed to have some hiccup these days but, we're still managing to get them Closed. (Thankfully!)
