I just heard on a business radio station that the housing market is better now than it was in the last 2 years (Which we all know) and that if congress helps keep interest rates around where they are at now (3.75) that we are gong to see a lot more transactions between buyers and sellers in 2012.  I am having a great year and seeing more activity now than in the recent past.  With the current news I heard on that business radio station I'm excited for 2012. 

What direction do you see and think the housing market is going?  I see nothing but better times for the economy.

Good news all around! Our employment rate has gone up 1%. Jobs are being created.

Charlie, the trend is going to be getting better, but NOW is the time to put on your workboots and get out there stomping the grounds for business as hard as you can.  The best time to buy a great stock in the stock market is just before the news spreads the word about it's success.  That is the same for us as Realtors.  The time is NOW to get our names out there.... BIG things are coming our way.

Carla, what I mentioned to Charlie is a great thing for you to.  And I know BIG things are coming.  Get at it now and let your area know who you are.

Elizebeth, employment is going to continue to go up.
