As I ponder why I am showing rental property today (why are they not buying??) I started thinking that maybe the potential buyers are distracted. And it really is not fun to move in when it is snowing....Inspections are alot harder to complete, then, as well.
Think about it and pull the trigger on the home that you like. Waiting around is just not sensible. Everybody wants to take advantage of the situation................SO DO IT...............TAKE ADVANTAGE........DO SOMETHING..
does anyone else think that maybe when the weather changes, some more activity will take place?
