real estate audio on websites

I keep putting on my to-do list to get some more audio on my websites. Anyone have success with audio? Do you get better response rate then just with text? I would think it would add value, just like video does.

Which brings up another point, I need to start adding more video to my sites.

Has anyone done video testimonials or audio testimonials on their websites?
