Gwynn: What a great looking home... (at least, what I can see of it... LOL) That is a very nice tree... but it sure doesn't make a Realtor's picture-taking very easy, does it... ?
If it were my listing, I probably would have walked up the left side... just past the tree, and taken a side-angled shot of the home. Different, but perhaps better. Just a thought. Hope you don't mind the suggestion.

Karen: The house is super and that tree is massive...I took your suggestion and used a different photo in the MLS - you can see the house better.
Brian, Richard and Connie: This house is the type you look for when your client gives you a ridiculous price and says it must be move in ready! It's been under contract twice (under a different brokerage firm) and both fell off. The agent lost the listing cause he didn't communicate with his sellers.....they were really bummed about the last one that terminated. Now I'm ready for this great home to go under contract for the THIRD TIME!!
