Tammy, isn't it a pretty spot?   You can grill or sit around and enjoy the creek that's right behind it.  This is in a private park in The Cottages of Old Town Helena.  Ouch!  I read the thumb story.

Ann, this Helena Al post statistics are similar to that of your last Bluff Park Hoover Al post in that sales have more that doubled from the previous year.  I see that as buyers are now finding value in current home prices and are to a greater extent...getting off the fence.
