Kathy - woof.  I do like it here.  I live 10 minutes from downtown Napa and also work in Silicon Valley, so I get a good mix of urban and rural opportunities.  Although Napa Valley prices are still soft, Palo Alto has swung fully back to a seller's market and multiple offers are once again common.  But you have better golf courses.
