It was plain to see that the internet/computers were the way of the future for Real Estate. The past few years I have been working very hard in order to gain more exposure for my business on the internet.
One of the first steps I took was to get my own website and a "business e-mail" set up. From there I went on to join Active Rain and have a few more websites created. I have consistently upgraded my websites and created new content for my Active Rain blog.
In order to check up on how I'm ranking I'm always Googling with different real estate search terms (mostly simple terms, ones that potential clients would use). Today I Googled Orange County Real Estate and the very first two websites that came up were both mine!
The large amount of traffic that comes through to those websites can definitely be attributed to their Google ranking. So if you haven't taken the time to expand your online presence and your Google ranking, now is the time!
