I have been in real estate for awhile now and never had a Pre Listing and Listing Presentation. In the business there are 3 major skills;
1. Knowing the rules and regulations of a realtor
2. Knowing how to talk to/with people (talking in general, knowing how to talk to them in solving their problems and knowing how to talk WITH them). Most of OUR talking is done by listening.
3. Knowing how to market a product (ourselves, the properties we list, the buyers we work with, etc)
I am having a GREAT year. One thing I like to do is listen to motivation/inspirational materials. A real estate guru that I am listing to talks about having to have a Pre Listing and Listing Presentations. I'm looking to see if anyone out there will send me their Pre Listing and Listing Presentations so I can see if I can look into to use them.
