I have finally have taken the next step in reaching one of my long term goals and have become an active Florida Realtor! I know...why would anyone do that with the current market?? Am I a glutton for punishment? When you love your job even when it is a challenge and want to eventually retire to warmer climes it was a no brainer.
I love real estate and love the Naples/Marco/Ft. Myers area! Since my first visit in the 80's I have been a large fan of the Naples/Marco/Ft. Myers area! So when my son ended up having a business in the area as life has its usual turns and twists I have been lucky enough to have had several nice trips there to relax and enjoy the area.
So obtaining my Florida broker's license was a natural fit and with my full activation of that license with my new affiliation with Naples Brokers Realty another part of the puzzle is in place. Long term goal is to work half the year in IL and late fall to spring in Naples.
