MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE CONSIGNMENT EVENTin Palm Desert, CA
Next month on the weekend of October 7-9 you will be able to consign and purchase children's clothing, maternity wear, toys, strollers, and more! The event is located at 44250 Town Center Way (next to Trader Joe’s and Michaels) will be the first of its kind in the desert! If you are a mama or an expectant mama... you will not want to miss this event!
MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE CONSIGNMENT EVENT is a 3 day seasonal event held twice a year where you can consign your gently used children’s clothing (newborn to size 16), toys, furniture, bedding, strollers… and oh so much more. You can also consign gently used maternity items including clothing and diaper bags. As a consignor you determine the price of your items ranging from 25-40% of retail. You then receive 65-70% of the proceeds from the sale of your items! There are also great opportunities to make the most out of your shopping experience by volunteering.
How do I prepare for the event?
Prior to the sale you, the consignor, go to the MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE website register, enter and tag, hang (clothing), and bring your items to the event site at your predetermined drop off time. We advertise, set up the location for the sale, set up all consigned items at the sale site, and sell your items. How much of the selling price you retain depends on your involvement in the sale. If you simply tag, hang, and drop off your items you retain 65% of the selling price. If you volunteer at the sale (3 hour shifts) you retain 70% of the selling price and more amazing shopping benefits if you work more than one shift!!
