Invest in Peoria Az
I am an Anaheim Anaheim Hills Ca Realtor from Orange County Ca. I am here in Hot Peoria AZ. Right now it is 106 degrees here. It is Hot Hot Hot!
I am at a house near the Peoria Pines Golf Course. The back yard is golf course! I checked the prices of the homes here and I was surprised to find out the value of this home. The home I am staying at is worth only $80,000!! That is a great buy considering it is on a golf course with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and with 2 car attached garage.
Compared to Orange County CA this place will be a great price to invest for 2nd income. This house in Orange County will be at least $350,000. I have been working with some clients in CA that want to invest. I am certainly going to looking into investments in Phoenix area and see if I can recommend them to invest here, depending on the rents and returns!
