Ivy Estates is a subdivision of homes built mainly in the 1970's and 1980's. The community has no HOA or CDDs. Many of the lots are larger. They are located just off of the south side of Bloomingdale Avenue between Providence and John Moore. It is close to the new Winthrop Shopping Plaza, with Publix and wonderful restaurants. It is a quick trip down Bloomingdale to get to I-75 or the Crosstown and then Downtown Tampa.
