RENTAL PROPERTIES... In Central Connecticut.

cromwell ct real estate agent, middlesex county ct

Cromwell CT is in the center of the state of Connecticut, which makes it an ideal place to live.  Easy communting (for the most part) to the majority of the state.

Wondering how to get your foot-hold into this town?  Or perhaps you are looking for one of the surrounding towns of Berlin, Rocky Hill, Middletown, Berlin or Portland Connecticut?

I always say, start by renting.  This way you can find out about the area.

It just so happens that as of today, I have 4 rentals available for immediate occupancy.. and another available as of October 1st.

They range from a one bedroom with ALL utilities included, to a 2 bedroom townhouse condo.

Some are pet friendly and waiting for you to come take a look.  So, if you wish, please call me to schedule a viewing of one or more of these properties.

Valerie,

We are seeing huge demand for rentals in Atlanta!  Many folks are choosing to rent instead of buy.

All the best, Michelle

Michelle... With the way the economy is going, and people loosing their homes, they have to live somewhere.  Rents are far and few between in this area.

Ed.. You can say that again.  The only thing I am finding is that (like buying) the owners and the renters are at opposite ends of the price range for these rentals.

I am a landlord too and have no problem keeping my units fully rented...sign of the times for sure...I don't do many rentals as a realtor though

Hi Valerie, rentals are moving really fast in Charlotte.  Many people are having to rent for they can't get approved to purchase.  Good luck with finding great tenants.

Valerie the safe thing to do when new to an area and you don't know much about it , is to rent like you said.  Then you can make a more intelligent decision later when you buy.

Kristin.. There seems to be more request for rentals lately.  Not only is this more work, but it is a sign of the times that people are unsure about purchasing.

Judith.. Another scenerio is that people that want to sell their homes, can get what they owe on it, so they are renting them out instead.  Which means they, too, in turn are renting.

NOT GOOD FOR THE ECONOMY.

Geoge.. Hopefully if I did a good job in finding them a rental, they will remember me when it comes to purchasing their home too.

Valerie, Our rental market, here in Ct, has increased in activity.  Landlords want to have these homes, whether they are apartments, condos or houses, rented prior to the upcoming winter season.  I have noticed that the rental fees have increased, as well.  Hope that your rentals are filled, soon.

Frances.. Having a home rented, verses sitting there because the owners have moved on to another property just doesn't make sense.  As you said, filling them before winter is the RIGHT thing to do.
