Rock Creek After the Rain

This is natures beauty at its best. I can understand why you are drawn to it. It looks like a good spot to feel healthy and get in touch with nature. This is tranquility. Thank you for sharing it with us. I just love it!

The sound of the river is so wonderful.  I'm looking forward to a little rain in our area so we can see more green before winter.

No doubt there are many small creeks that are overflowing, and larger creeks and rivers that are still causing major problems in so many areas. Doesn't sound like Rock Creek reached flood stage.

Patricia, That is a very peaceful setting. Political turmoil around the corner and a few blocks away from the national political heavyweights. Too bad more of them don't chill out a bit more in some of the area's natural settings.
