  • At posting time, 20 homes are ACTIVE and for sale in Marana (Tucson) AZ, down from 31
  • 8 of the 20 available homes are new construction 
  • In the last six months, 67 homes have sold versus 60 during a six month period prior to April, 2011

ACTIVE listings are priced from $106,000 for 1251 sqft to $234,900 for 5 bedrooms and 2880 sqft, averaging a list price of $80.27 a sq. foot.  This is up from April's price of $79.57

Cara, I like how you put in your opinion of the great subdivision of Gladden Farms.  The fact that there are builders there, the sales are up and the amount of listings are down indicates a solid real estate market picture for Gladden Farms.  People should be calling Cara Marcelle Mancuso to represent them whether buying or selling real estate in Gladden Farms - you KNOW your market.
