The highest asking price is $220,000 at 79861 Brewood Way with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and 3163 square feet. It is a new listing, on the market 8 days and it is not a short sale or foreclosure so there are no third parties involved in this sale. 

Sales during the last six months in Talavera have ranged from $115,000 to $239,900. There have been a whopping 51 homes sold in Talavera in just the last six months. Of the  sales, 10 have been short sales, 32 have been bank owned or foreclosures and the remaining sales were "normal" sales or investor flips.
