That's another wonderful photoblog Mona. You did a great job with the 30 day localism challenge - kudos to you! I learned a whole lot about your area ... I think I was supposed to start packing ;-)
Andrea, I think you are supposed to start packing. Since you have two little children and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is a must see with families, I expect you'll be packing to visit sooner or later! Thanks. I'd love to meet you in person.
Thank Carole and Laura
Allen, I sort of thought that too. He came toward me but didn't come all the way to the fence. I need to start carrying apples and carrots. BTW, want to go to the BOR at Harrah's with us Thursday?
As my husband and I did a Nightime Photo Shoot at the local Cemetery last night (which really was rather fascinating), I realized how much we have done this month because of the contest. It HAS been an eye opener, and I have really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed hearing your voice. You are charming . . .
Hi Mimi,
Ohhhh, I want to do a night shoot too! We are minutes from the Waterrock Overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway and I really want to go there and take full moon shots. But I always forget! I enjoyed your voice also and am now on a mission to hear all the voices of my faves. Thanks!
Hi Mona, Nice job there! The area you are capturing is obviously one that is very pleasing to both you and everyone else's eyes as well. This horse looks like he was interested but alas, if no treat, no close-up, hehehe!
Hi William...no treat, no close-up, no kidding! I'm lucky as far as living in an area that easily captures everyone's interest - it's not like I have to dress it up, lol.
