There are different kind of Stress Relief: Yoga, Gigong, Meditation, taking a trip through nature, Hypnotherepy etc. I was reading a magazine and every one of these stress relief have something to do with BREATHING and fresh air. When you are still concentrated on breathing, no longer ruled by stress, you create a place for better thoughts to merge. Dothan has some very good places to go to walk, relax and breath fresh air. A couple of places to consider are Westgate trail and the trail at Landmark Park; I enjoy them. If you find that your life is full of stress maybe consider walk through a local trail.
