Yesterday the temperatures got up to 98 degrees!! Clear and sunny- winds finally blew the risidual smoke from the California fires, out of the valley.
Forecast is for temps in the 80s all week too....not bad for the end of October.

Couple that with current inventory and price reductions, now is definately the time for anyone ever thinking of buying a desert vacation home or moving here full time to beautiful Palm Springs.
