Photo Friday: Texas Barbecue
Scott's post today has made me hungry for some brisket, sweet tea, beans and corn bread!! Texas is known for their GREAT BBQ.

When they offer all you can eat barbecue, it's a good idea to take the picture before you start. If not, you realize on your way home, you forgot to snap a shot for your blog. Fortunately, I go every couple of months, so here is the before summer shot.
It doesn't get much better (or Texas) than brisket, sausage, beans and sweet tea. The Salt Lick does it right, every time.
