What's In Your Weekly Report To Your Seller?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Agent Mastermind NMLS # 160983

Are you sending a weekly report to your seller? If not, why not? If you are not connecting with them it could be costing you millions of dollars over your career. I will be sharing with you a ninja way to stay in front of them weekly, having them talking about you to their friends, family and co-workers.

Think about this, what if you can help the seller come to realize that if there is an issue, it's their fault, and that it is price related and not related to your efforts or actions as an agent. Would that be wonderful?

What does your weekly report look like?

I agree with you 100%. The major complaint sellers have , is the lack of communication after the property is listed. It is so simple yet so many of us don't do it consistently.

Hey Bill, what does your market snap shot look like?  Is it a system you use and is it automated some what?

I send them all kinds of information as it becomes available.

  1. How many times there property has been seen on the web.
  2. Calls that came in about their property.
  3. Agent e-mails when shown.
  4. Where there property is advertised

this is just some of the daily stuff sent. I call them once a week asking if they are wanting to make a price adjustment.
