Kindness shall prevail!

There are thousands of agents here in Massachusetts, and it should probably go with out saying, but let’s be sure to treat each other with kindness and professionalism.  Even if the negotiations are tough, or the communications efforts get bogged down, lets’ keep the focus on the prize, which is helping our clients the best possible way, and treating each other with respect throughout the entire transaction. A couple of hot buttons:
  1. If you show a home, offer feedback. It is only fair, and we appreciate the same treatment.

  2. Don't belittle each other...you maybe have sold a bunch more than your co-broke, doesn't mean they know less or need to be treated as a rookie just because their volume is not at the same level.  The Real Estate Pond is big enough for everyone.

  3. Return the phone call!  Remember, we would expect the same level of respect!
My pet peeve: Don’t recruit during the transaction, saying “my company this” or “my company that.” Respect the decision of your co-broke and realize their affiliation with a certain broker doesn't predict their knowledge of Real Estate.

Remember, this a small world and the business we are in is close knit. Chances are, you will run into each other again!

If we don’t constantly outperform other Agents in today’s marketplace, and use our knowledge and follow up techniques to entice and educate our buyers and Sellers, they will buy or Sell from someone who does.  The Russell Realty Group constantly outperform others and go above and beyond for our clients. By leveraging technology, we bring our buyers the best possible value during their purchase and obtain the highest value for our sellers.

Good morning Evan. I like your post very much. You write well, focus on the topic and reduce the discussion to something we can all do. Good job. Suggested.
