Sun City Grand Surprise Arizona Community Garage Sale 

Sun City Grand community garage sale for Fall 2011 will be held on November 5, 2011 at Sun City Grand in Surprise AZ. The bi-annual sale is held at the main recreation center in the Sonoran Plaza Parking lot.

Residents and visitors attend this annual popular event, coming from all around the state. Only Sun City Grand residents are able to sell items at the community garage sale. The yearly Sun City Grand community garage sale is an excellent venue to meet neighbors and friends, socialize, eat, relax and purchase that little trinket that you can't live without.

This picture is of the Sun City West garage sale that was held in Sun City West residents. Organizers of the Sun City West community garage sale estimated 10,000 people in attendance. Sun City Grand community garage sale draws equal attendance.

Sun City Grand and Sun City West are Del Webb communities located in Arizona West Valley. Sun City Grand is a 45+ age restricted community, Sun City West is a 55+ Age restricted community.  Both associations are financially sound, each owns and manages world class golf courses, recreation centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, a softball field, art studios, aerobic studios, and numerous clubs and events.

This year the Sun City Grand Community Garage Sale will be held on November 5, 2011 from 7am to 12 noon. Bring lots of $1 bills, just in case vendors do not have change. Come early because Sun City Grand is a retirement community in which many people are up early. Be sure to wear good walking shoes, there will be over 200 booths to select from. Vendors will sell food and refreshments. Smile and enjoy the many other happy people who enjoy attending and participating in this annual event. I hope to see you there!
