This morning, I read Mike Mueller's post I Love My Profession Because. . . and as usual was inspired by Mike. Only this time, it was an easy challenge so I told him I would take him up on it.

I love meeting people

I love teaching people about real estate

I love helping people

I love First-Time Buyers

I love Relocation Buyers

I love Relocation Sellers

I love showing houses

I love people

I love talking to people

I love meeting a new client

I love showing clients around San Antonio

I love finding the right house

I love the way their faces light up when they find the right house

I love the kids choosing their rooms

I love writing the offer

I love negotiating the offer

I love making the deal work

I love the closing

I love giving my clients the keys to their new home

I love my favorite Loan Officers

I love my favorite Escrow Officers

I love professional Inspectors

I love Real Estate Seminars

I love Real Estate Classes

I love Designations

I love getting paid for what I do

I love appraisers

I love making sure everything goes smoothly

I love problem solving when it doesn't go smoothly

I love marketing

I love teaching new agents

I love technology

That is great! I love San Antonio. I used to work for USAA and was there on business a few times. I was lucky enough to be there one week during Fiesta- what a blast! Looking forward to seeing your photos.

Michelle, Fiesta is fun! I haven't looked at the photos on my camera yet. Plus there are a bunch on friends cameras and a video that another friend took.
