Jim and I have a new listing in our neighborhood, Harbor Ridge in Harbor Club, so I am again looking for candidates to join our happy band of neighbors.  Just as in my previous post about the house we have listed next door,  I am enthusiastically wondering about who will be the next person to move into our perfect little street in the Harbor Club Golf Club in Greensboro, Georgia, at Lake Oconee.  Even though many of our houses are similar in Harbor Ridge, this particular home for sale is unique in its size, 4408 sq ft, and a view that includes both the golf course and a lake view.  For sale is the home at 1132 Harbor Ridge Drive which includes  3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths.
