Using YOUtube as an effective way to market your business!

We are all into the social media craziness right now. Through Facebook you can connect with people you thought you would never see again, like people from highschool or an exchange student that you met only once. Twitter lets you keep up-to-date with your acquaintances, friends and celebrities in a very unique and short way. Google+ completely redesigned privacy with their "circles" and has a whole new way of sharing your life.

We all use (or try at least) these for our personal lives. Real Estate professionals, like me, have started to use these online tools to market our business in hope that we can generate leads and attract traffic to our websites, get some more clients and inform the general public about the most recent Real Estate news. I have found that people really want to see their local Real Estate professionals talking about what's up in the world with this market and how that affects the specific area where they live.

But now, a new trend seems to be emerging, and that my friends is creating and uploading your own Real Estate videos to Youtube. You can do pretty much anything in Youtube, meaning you can talk about whatever you want in your videos, in fact you don't even have to talk if you don't want to. The key is to be creative and have content what people will be interested in. You can have your own channel where you can group your videos and even personalize it to market your brand! Once you create and upload your videos it will generate an embeded code for you to post in your websites directly... don't forget to include a link to your websites during the video or maybe in the caption section, that way you make sure that people will be redirected to you and see all you have to offer and how awesome you are!
