Staging the Classic Northwest Home

One of the things I love about staging is creating a "just right" interior design plan for each home's architectural style. Yesterday we staged this suburban Seattle home, featuring a wood ceiling and huge stone fireplace in the family room.

Family Room after staging: Love the colors in the stone fireplace, which is balanced by a tall palm and artwork.

Kitchen: No Seattle morning is complete without the coffee! (Make mine Starbucks with a bit of half and half).

Looks wonderful Diana! You really brought a lot of warmth to the space. The kitchen looks awesome. I had to laugh at the before of the living room...someone with acute OCD must have done the vacuuming!!! Almost looks like art... I think I would have been afraid to walk on it.
