Today I'm Thankful for Majestic Sights

Kristin,  Thank you.  I've watched the eagles  at different times but today was fantastic because I was close enough to get some photos.

Fred,  Thank you. I get a lot of help in my photos from nature.  And these birds are incredible.

Rebecca,  Thank you.  I do try to keep a camera close by -- there have been too many times I've only watched something fly by and regretted not having the camera with me. 

Doug,  I enjoy the Golden Eagles because they are so big -- but there is something special about the bald eagles that just stands out.  I hope you get to see one soon. 

John, thank you.  I think that the only place most people get to see eagles is in the zoo or as a distant dot in the sky.

Sharon,  I'm glad you stopped by and hope your Friday is going perfectly.  I'm also glad that I had the opportunity to share my photos. 

Ron & Alexandra,  Thank you. I hope you get your photos of the golden eagles.  I have probably tried twenty or thirty times to get photos of eagles.  Unfortunately almost all of my photos are of their tail feathers as they fly away from me.

Myrl,  Thank you.  It is a great experience to see them and in the wild.  They are so magnificent that it is a treat.  I think it would be great to see them anytime, even in a zoo.

Marge,  Thank you.  It was amazing to watch him take off fly and land  -- and I tried to show some of that in the series.
